Q. When I try to connect with my phone I get the error 10064 and I can't continue: why?

A. This is an authentication problem with some mobile phones. First of all, delete your authentication/pair record from both computer and mobile phone. Then pair (authenticate) again your mobile phone with your Windows computer: double-click the Bluetooth icon in the tray bar (bottom-right area), then press "Add" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
