A partially functional porting of Bluetooth File Transfer has been developed for the Android platform and could now be found HERE . Bluetooth SDK for the Android plaform is still not officially supported, therefore the program can cause random crashes and unfortunately it's the normal behavior, nowadays. However, we are working on it behind the scenes to make BlueFTP as stable as possible, also considering future updates of the underlying platform ... stay tuned!

Bluetooth File Transfer 1.40 finally released!!! A lot of work has been made in this release: - a complete ZIP / JAR / NTH / UTZ archive compressor and extractor;
- a complete TAR / THM archive compressor and extractor;
- a complete GZ archive compressor and extractor;
- an easy but powerfull AUDIO and VIDEO player;
- complete Arabic language support.
Moreover hundreds of minor bug fixes was applied now it should be stable on every mobile phone. Another version in a week: now Bluetooth File Transfer (BlueFTP) implements Object Push Profile (OBEX OPP) too! You can send your files using "Object Push" profile, if target device does not implement (or doesn't work) "File Transfer" profile. Moreover a cruel bug of previous version, which raises an "out of memory" exception each time a big image is loaded, is now SOLVED! Finally, this version has 2 new languages: Azeri and Slovak. Wait for next version with the "search" feature... |

A new version of our Bluetooth software for mobile devices was released! In this version a new internal image viewer was implemented with zoom in and zoom out capabilities. The image scaling uses a smooth filter to improve image quality also at higher zoom factors. Even if the zoom can't be achieved in realtime, it's fast enough to be usable by the 80% of available devices (older models could be a bit slower). After 3 seconds the icons disappear from the screen to amplify image visibility. Moreover the global look of the program was reviewed by changing and improve the graphical icons. It should be nice also on devices with bigger display. Stay tuned for next version ... cheers!
