Medieval Software is an Italian young software house specialized in software development of Windows PCs and mobile phones. Currently our main goal is to fully integrate Bluetooth technology into Windows platform, to achieve a smooth and transparent mobile phone and desktop PC interaction. Many years ago, client-server architecture was born. Server and client computers was slow, cumbersome, and reserved to scientists, mathematicians, engineers, geeks and hackers; locked up in an institutional or academic environment. Today, computers are for everyone and are part of our everyday life ... but client-server architecture is still the best choice, also, due to the incredible Internet explosion of last 10 years. Nowadays there isn't so much difference between client, server, workstation, personal and portable computers: a simple home computer is powerful enough to be used for any (and all) kind of task. Therefore, a good and natural choice for the client computer of next generation should be the mobile phone, while any "static" computer can be used for server-side job! Why Medieval Software believe so firmly in mobile phones? First of all because they are powerful, simple and wearable: even the biggest can be hidden in a jeans pocket. Secondly, because a lot of people already own a personal mobile phone, sometimes dressed like fashion objects, sometimes used as videogame console, sometimes used as notebook replacement and so on! Thirdly because they are relatively cheap, compared to their cousins. And last but not least, today's mobile phones includes a lot of functionality, like: video and photo camera, audio and video player, videogames, GPS (Global Positioning System), PIM (Personal Information Manager), calendar, remote control, etc. Hey, don't forget the phone calls and Internet connection capabilities! Do you think these arguments are valid enough? Take a look at our Products page, our softwares are easy to use and very cheap moreover are free to try ... you can valuate by yourself...
